- 1 cup unsweetened hemp
- milk
- ½ avocado
- 1 cup spinach
- ½ cup blueberries
- ½ cup raspberries
- 2 tablespoons raw almond
- butter (organic if possible)
- 1 tablespoon flax seeds
- 1 tablespoon unrefined
- coconut butter (or oil)
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 ice cubes
Instructions
- In a blender, blend all ingredients together until a smooth consistency is reached.
