Materials
- 4 eggs
- 1 onion
- 1 cm ginger
- 1 green chilli
- 1 tomato
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- coriander leaves
Instructions
- Finely chop the onion and fry on a low heat until soft.
- Add the grated ginger, chilli, turmeric, cumin and chopped tomato.
- Stir and cook until the tomatoes are soft.
- Beat the eggs and add to the pan with the chopped coriander.
- Salt and pepper lightly, and stir the eggs continuously until cooked.
