Instructions
Put the chopped onion, ginger, garlic, lemon juice and salt in a blender and liquidise to make the marinade.
Cut the fish into slices and marinade in the fridge for at least an hour.
Next, dip the fish in beaten egg and coat in breadcrumbs.
Refrigerate the breaded fish for 30 minutes.
Shallow fry the fish in hot oil till golden brown.
