Instructions
First cut the mushrooms into slices. Heat some oil and fry the onions until golden in colour
Add the crushed garlic and chopped tomatoes, mix well.
Stir in the turmeric, garam masala, chilli powder and salt, then fry for 3-4 minutes.
Next, stir in the mushrooms and simmer on a low heat until the mushrooms are tender, adding a little water if necessary.
Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
