Materials
2apples peeled cored finely chopped
1/4csugar
1lemon juice grated rind
1egg beaten
3/4cdry bread crumbs
1/2tcinnamon fine Ground
Instructions
Pour the lemon juice over the apples and kix in well. Squeeze thje apples gently to dry.
Mix the apples with the lemon rind, cinnamon, sugar, egg, & bread crumbs.
Chill in refrigerator for 20-30 minutes Make balls of this mixture 1in size Drop them in a boiling pot of slightly salted water.
Cook until they rise to the surface then remove with a slotted spoon.
Cool to room temperature. These may be added to a cold fruit soup or eaten with many other foods.
