Instructions
Mix buttermilk with kosher salt.Soak the wings in buttermilk mixture, 30 minutes.
In a separate bowl, mix together flour, paprika and kosher salt.Drain the wings.
Dredge the wings in the flour mixture.Deep-fry in heated oil until dark golden, about 10 minutes.
Serve with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing and enjoy!
