4lbschicken wings, separated at joints, tips removed
1 1/2cupsbuttermilk
1/2tspkosher salt
1 1/2cupsflour
1tsppaprika
1/2tspkosher salt
1/4cuphot sauce
2tbspsCajun seasoning
Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
Mix buttermilk with kosher salt.Soak the wings in buttermilk mixture, 30 minutes.
In a separate bowl, mix together flour, paprika and kosher salt.Drain the wings.
Dredge the wings in the flour mixture.Deep-fry in heated oil until dark golden, about 10 minutes.Serve with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing and enjoy!
