Instructions
Salad – Blend carrots, cabbage, radishes, and scallions.
Top with chicken, mint and cilantro and set apart.
Vinaigrette –combine the vinaigrette What you need.
Taste to see if it needs any adjustments.
If it is too spicy, you can combine more lime juice to counteract it.
Drizzle salad with vinaigrette & enjoy.
