Materials
3 ½lbs. of chicken pieces(serving pieces),
¼cupof butter or margarine
1 ½cupof instant cooking rice
A can of condensed chicken soup cream
A cup of waterand
A teaspoon of instant chicken bouillon crystals
Instructions
preheat the skillet over medium heat, then add the butter or margarine.
place the chicken into the skillet and fry until both sides are brown, then season them with salt and pepper.
Remove the chicken from the skillet and reduce the heat to simmer before adding the rice.
Then combine the soup, water and bouillon and pour half of this over the rice.
pour the remaining soup over chicken, then cover and simmer for about 35 minutes and serve when chicken is done.
