4chopped stale kaiser-type rolls
1onion finely chopped
150gliver 5 oz Ground
1a little scraped spleen optional
2Tmarjoram

1/8lmilk
1/2cupplus
1/2 tbsp

1 1small bunch parsley chopped
1a little bit lemon Grated peel
1a little butter for sauteing
Instructions
