Instructions
Grate the ginger and garlic then chop and reseed the chill.
finely chop the onion. Next, mix the ginger, garlic, chill and onion with the minced beef, the powdered spices and a handful of breadcrumbs.
Salt to taste. Form into fat sausage shapes around wooden skewers and chill for at least one hour.
Cook in the oven at 160 c for about 30 mins.
