Instructions
one cup of yogurt and plain nonfat items
take fresh and clean strawberries once clean properly
and also pineapple good sized apple make into juice
finally take one banana with sugar mix those all upto juice solution
finally mix some ice cubes for cooling juice
Place all ingredients in blender and puree until smooth.
Serve in frosted glass.
