Materials
- 1 1- lb package firm-style tofu ,
- Cut into chunks
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- ¼ c chopped scallions
- 1/5 tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a heat resistant bowl and mix well.
- Place 1/4 c. water in steamer and bring to a boil. Place bowl with tofu into steamer.
- Cover and steam over medium heat for 25 minutes. Serve hot, with rice or plain.
