- 2 medium potatoes
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/4 tsp chilli powder
- ground black pepper
Instructions
- Mix all the spices with a little oil.
- Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into medium sized chunks.
- Coat the potatoes with the spicy marinade.
- Bake in the oven at 180 C for about 45 minutes.
