Materials
- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon fennel seed
- ¼ teaspoon cumin seed
- 1 yellow onion , finely chopped
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Grate the cauliflower over a mixing bowl to form the “rice.”
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.Cook fennel and cumin seeds for 2-3 minutes.
- Add onion and cook until it is translucent, about 5 more minutes.
- Reduce heat to medium-low. Add cauliflower rice and stir to combine.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes or until rice is at desired texture. Stir in salt.
