Materials

  • 8 oz runner beans
  • 8 oz pealed pears Sliced
  • 4 oz butter
  • 1 oz sugar
  • 2 oz vinegar
  • 1 salt & pepper

Instructions

  • Clean and trim runner beans and slice thinly. 
  • Par boil in salted water for 12 minutes. 
  • Drain and toss in butter with pears.
  • Sason to taste and add sugar and vinegar. Stir well.
