- 8 oz runner beans
- 8 oz pealed pears Sliced
- 4 oz butter
- 1 oz sugar
- 2 oz vinegar
- 1 salt & pepper
Instructions
- Clean and trim runner beans and slice thinly.
- Par boil in salted water for 12 minutes.
- Drain and toss in butter with pears.
- Sason to taste and add sugar and vinegar. Stir well.
