Materials
- 400 g cooked prawns
- 2.5 cm ginger
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp ground coriander
- coriander leaves
Instructions
- Finely chop a handful of fresh coriander.
- Heat a knob of butter with some oil in a pan.
- Grate the ginger and finely dice the garlic.
- Next add to the pan, together with the dry spices and fry for a minute or so.
- Add the fresh coriander and prawns. Heat until warmed through. Serve dry.
