Materials
- 200 g mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 1 tomato
- 2 large cloves garlic
- coriander leaves
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
Instructions
- First cut the mushrooms into slices. Heat some oil and fry the onions until golden in colour
- Add the crushed garlic and chopped tomatoes, mix well.
- Stir in the turmeric, garam masala, chilli powder and salt, then fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Next, stir in the mushrooms and simmer on a low heat until the mushrooms are tender, adding a little water if necessary.
- Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
