- 1/2 cup minced scallions
- 2 tbsps butter
- 2 tbsps grated ginger
- 2 tbsps grated soy sauce
- 2 tbsps grated mirin (or sake)
- 3/4 tsp kosher salt
- 3/4 tsp sesame oil
