Materials

  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 Cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 Cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 Cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 Cup oil for frying or as needed

Instructions

  • In a shallow dish, add the egg and milk and beat well. In another shallow dish mix together the flour, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt and black pepper.
  • Get your oil, in a skillet to 350 degrees F. Dip the chicken breast halves in the egg mixture and then roll in the flour mixture evenly.
  • Fry the chicken breast halves for about 10 minutes, flipping once half way. Serve hot.
